Connect Conference Hype Video for Brighthouse Financial

The 2023 Connect Conference was held by Brighthouse Financial to offer employees an opportunity for in-person connection three years after transitioning to a remote working environment due to Covid. This video was created to mark the success of the conference and as an expression of the company’s culture. It’s also used as a retention, engagement, and training tool. It plays in the lobby of the corporate HQ and throughout Brighthouse offices year-round.
