The Employee Branding Campaign is a recruitment and retention tool for Brighthouse Financial that promotes the company’s flexible working model. The shoot yielded 3000 images, five testimonial videos, and hours of b-roll in four days using a combination of actual employees and paid talent filmed in a single location.
